Citizens and Police Together (C.A.P.T.) is an all-volunteer organization that was founded in 2015.  Our volunteers provide support to the Garner Police Department.  C.A.P.T. Team members are all graduates of the Police Department's Citizen's Police Academy.  The academy is a 30+ hour course where topics such as Drug Investigations, Domestic Violence, Rapid Deployment, Use of Force, Emergency Communications, Traffic and DWI Enforcement and others are covered.  Click here for more information and registration information about the Citizen's Police Academy.

C.A.PT. Team members meet once a month and are required to volunteer a minimum of 15 hours during each calendar year.
